Counselling

People start to heal the moment they feel heard”

I work in a person-centered, integrative way meaning that I use all aspects of counselling styles and theory and weave them into the work we do together, as I believe that one size does not fit all and one person may benefit from different approaches and styles at different points in their therapy.

I have a cabin that I can offer in person counselling, or I offer zoom or telephone counselling.

I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for you to explore whatever you wish while really feeling listened to and supported.

I am a Bereavement specialist, volunteering my services to a grief charity where I did much of my grief training.

Counselling £45 Per Hour.

I am a member of the National Counselling Society and adhere to their standards and ethics.

I graduated from Chrysalis and had to complete 100 hours in a clinical counselling placement before I was allowed to qualify.
